Shipping Policy

Delivery & Processing times

Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack. Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Expedited Shipping Processing Times

If you select expedited or overnight shipping for your order, the order will typically ship out the same day if placed before 12:00PM PT, Monday - Friday. All orders placed after that time or on weekends, may be processed on the next business day. Note that orders place during high-order volume periods may experience a delay in overall processing times.

International shipping

Jazmine Beauty offers international shipping to Canada.

Standard Transit: 5-7 business days

Express Transit: 2-4 business days

Processing:

All orders have a 1-3 day processing and packing period before shipping transits apply.

*Please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to duties and customs fee upon receipt. Jazmine Beauty is not responsible for these additional fees as they are the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns & Exchanges

Return policy

Jazmine Beauty offers a “Satisfaction Guarantee” policy on all purchases. You have up to 7 days (from the delivered date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error. Returns are subject to a restocking fee if the product has been opened and or used.

To initiate a return or exchange, please  contact our Jazmine Beauty support team at customerservice@jazminebeauty.com. You will need to provide your  Order Number and the  shipping Zip Code.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method with the exception of our restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
