Our Jazmine Beauty support team is available: Monday - Friday: 9-5PM PT. The Jazmine Beauty support team is not available Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Years Day. 

 

INGREDIENTS & CERTIFICATIONS

Clean beauty starts from within, that’s why we decided to skip out on the “junk” when formulating our products. Jazmine Beauty is cruelty-free, clean, safe, and sustainable. We are certified by well-known and trustworthy organizations such as the Leaping Bunny Program and PETA Cruelty-Free.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free? 
A: Yes, all our products are cruelty-free and certified by the Leaping Bunny Program. 

Q: Help! I had an allergic reaction or other adverse reaction! 
A: If you have any adverse reactions to our products, please contact your health care provider immediately. If it is an emergency, please call 911.

Q: Help my order is missing!? 
A: Oh no! Please contact our support team for assistance at customerservice@jazminebeauty.com or 949-955-1239.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order? 
A: We are unable to guarantee putting a stop to your order once submitted. You should always review your order before checking out, but in the event you made an error, you should contact our support team for assistance at customerservice@jazminebeauty.com or 949-955-1239.

Q: How can I find the status of my order?  
A: Find the status of your order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under ‘My Account’.  

Q: Where can I track my order? 
A: After your order has been placed, we will email you an Order Confirmation Number. Use this Order Number if you have questions about your order. Orders cannot be tracked until they have been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1-2 days post shipment.

Q: My order is missing an item, what should I do?

Q: My Item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do? 
A: Please contact us right away at customerservice@jazminebeauty.com or 949-955-1239. 

Q: I typed in my wrong address and need to change it 
A: Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact us right away at customerservice@jazminebeauty.com or 949-955-1239.  

 

OTHER (SHIPPING/RETURNS/EXCHANGES ETC.)  

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?  
A: Standard Shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $50 and over (excluding taxes).  

Q: Are returns free? 
A: You have up to 7 days (from the delivered date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

Q: Can I exchange my items purchased from retail stores? 
A: Unfortunately, Jazmine Beauty cannot facilitate returns or exchanges of items purchased in-store. Please contact the retail store for their return policy. 

Q: When can I get items that are out of stock? 
A: When items are temporarily unavailable, it will be labeled as “Out Of Stock”. If items are discontinued and out of stock, the product will no longer appear on the site. We cannot accept “back orders” at this time.

Q: I forgot my password, how do I login?

Q: How can I unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mails? 
A: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the link provided at the bottom of the email to be removed from the mailing list. Please note that unsubscribing from our promotional emails will not affect your receipt of order and shipment confirmations or other notifications for orders placed.
